Whenever you hear the word chocolate, immediately feel very good if one piece of chocolate is here now. Chocolate is very favorite thing to my all age group friends, because chocolate multiply your inner sensual feelings and flooded your mind by pleasure. Now-a-days researchers, nutritionist and cardiologist every body con face one thing that chocolate is very good for your health.

Chocolate ignite your sensual pleasure which nature choco carry itself. Scientifically it stimulates the secretion of endorphin and thus bring a feeling of overall wellbeing. Do You Eat Vegetables ?


My friend today I  will share you about the thing which is very test less to me and probably to you, that's vegetables. Do you remember our grand parents insist us to eat more and more vegetables but we didn't care their words at all, but today when you go to doctor, before medication he tell you to consume a lot of green veg and fruits. Except that today science also recommended to consume lot of veg everyday  because it is one of the essential source of nutrition and low in calories. green veg carry lots of phytochemical and beta carotene which protect the cell from oxidative damage and increase the immunity power. If you are my respected aged viewer then I tell you that green  veg are very good for age related macular degeneration. Some green vage are good for breast and lung cancer. If you conscious about your figure and maintain a concise diet, then mind it veg are very good for health because it does not carry a bunch of calories and full of fiber, fiber lengthen the digestion time and thus give you a feeling of fuller stomach for a long time. One more thing I tell you that if you want to get full benefit from veg then consume it with some fat like olive oil, Almond oil etc.Vegetable rich diet lower the risk of stroke and heart disease according to nutrition, veg are divided to some subcategories respectively :
1) Dark green vegetable.
2) Starchy veg.
3) Red and orange veg.
4) Beans and peas.
5) Other veg.

You need vegetable depend on your age, sex and physical activity.

            Hello friend today I will tell you about your favorite drink coffee. At first tell me what do you think about coffee. Do you regularly visit barista or five star coffee bar, don't stop, because it is a great life style, but must  do it in moderation.

            Today I am going to tell you  the benefits and negative sides of coffee.

            Coffee mostly carry the key active ingredients caffeine, which have some positive and negative side, let me starting to write the positive things first, coffee is very good for mild depression, because it elevate the mood stabilizing hormone endorphine and noradrenaline, nicotine is addictive but caffine is not as addictive as nicotine if you consume it moderately. Some study have shown that if you consume coffee moderately you can say good by  to gallstone, diabetics, Parkinson, liver disease, prostate cancer, Alzheimer disease. If you are my ladies viewer, you have seen that some skin care products contain caffine, because it smoothen the skin, enlighten the complexion, and help to remove wrinkle. Coffee decrease the risk of stroke by 25%. Coffee is very needful for liver specially who consume too much alcohol, caffine help them from alcoholic liver sirocis. Some study have shown that coffee prevent to develop the alcoholic fatty liver disease. Caffine is very helpful to prevention of skin cancer specially in the ladies. You are usually consume too much coffee if you are my athletic viewer because you know that it boost your energy level by increasing the fatty acid level in your blood and mobilize the body fat level to gain energy from fat. My young friend I am telling you that if you consume coffee moderate it will make you more smarter and intelligent among your friend circle, and it will increase your attention span and various cognitive functions. If you are facing trouble for your over-weight then probably you need a glance on this article because caffine has a known fat burning property as it increase your metabolic activity. Coffee also carry some vitamins and minerals and antioxidant that is why it is the most choice full antioxidant among the Americans. When caffine entire your body it leaves a long lasting effect on your body that's why if you consume it 5 to 6 hours before your sleep, it will affect your normal sleep timing. It take up to 6 hours to completely eradicate the caffeine from your system by the body. If you're pregnant or breast feeding mother you have to aware for your little one. One another thing that if you have to visit your family doctor very frequently for high blood pressure or gastritis then you have to conscious about coffee because coffee will be increase your doctor visit.

            Now at the end of the article I will tell you something which is bottom lines, that if you are adult then over the doses of 10 gm of coffee is fatal for you. if you consume decaffeinated coffee then you don't think that you are at the safest zone because experts say that it is same as regular coffee. Friend one thing you must do after drink coffee, that is drink two full glasses of water to eliminate all the toxins and replenish all the things for your body which was stolen by caffeine, I don't tell you completely avoid coffee, I am trying to make sense you that drink but drink it to keep the limit.

            Hello my dear, today i will tell you some benifits of green tea, after all, green tea is a tea which is not artificially coloured by human it is the not oxidised from of tea from the original tea plant.

            Green tea is loaded with antioxidant. The most powerful substance which is available in green tea is antioxidant EGCG. It is studied that EGCG can treat various type of diseases. One of the key active ingredient of green tea is caffine, caffine is the blocker of stimulating hormone adenosine, that is the way caffine stimulate some nurons and concentrate some essential neuro chemical like dopamin, norepinephrine as resulting stable mood, reaction time and memory. This tea is very good for fat burning property in your body. It is also studied that green tea increase the metabolic rate of your body, and flush out toxins from your body. One important thing to remember that green tea also prevent cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and maintain dental health by defending the virious streptococcus mutans, it is also helpfull in type 2 diabetes and cardio vascular diseases. From all these thing i can say that green tea usually stretch your life span many folds, so you should switch to green tea now for healthier and longer life.

            1) Make a cup of hot green tea, drink the tea, after that you have to stick out the tea bag and cut it to open and pour the tea in a cup and then mix some honey with it to make a thick paste, after that you have to make a layer on your skin and put it for ten minutes and then wash it off.
            2) Make a cup of hot green tea and cool it then splash the cold tea on your face repeatedly after that wash your face with cold water.

            'Tea!' yes friend we all are known to this word, because we all celebrate our good morning with tea, we can't thought the morning time without the tea, so I think that I don't have to tell you more about tea. I can tell that Tea drinking is our daily agenda, rather it is our culture. Tea is not only our drink beverage but also it fulfill our cravings. Yes my dear you don't misunderstand me, this cravings is not bad, yes you are getting me; this is not either a bad liqueur or bad drink beverage. It have many health benefits.

            The tea was originated from China, now it is well felicitated near about all the countries. Basically tea is cultivated in the hilly region and processed with some special methods. Most probably tea is shown between north Berma and south west China, then tea was used as a medicinal plant in China. Tea appear with some special category, which is only because of processing method, such as white tea, yellow tea, black tea and obviously green tea. we usually drink tea with milk, with lemon, with ginger, with honey etc.

            Black tea is very good for your skin.
            Black tea: Black tea is made by oxidation process with moist oxygen enrich air. Green tea comes from same plant but it is not oxidized. Black tea is very beneficial to your health, it is enrich with antioxidant polyphenols. Scientist say that antioxidants prevent your cell from DNA damage. Black tea protect your body from Diabetes, kidney stones, and Parkinson like diseases. The catachin is the key substance in the black tea, oral cancer are prevented by this substance. Black tea contain a little amount of caffine less than coffee. This caffine boost mental alertness and concentration by stimulating the blood circulation in the brain but not stimulate the heart too much. Black tea contains tannins which is beneficial for digestion. One amino acid called thianine is available in the black tea which increases the attention duration and relax your mind to work a long period of time. The tea contain vit a, c, e, B2 and potassium, zinc which is very good for your skin also. When you feel you are very much tired, immediately put a moist tea bag on your both eyes and lie down for 15 minutes, It will fade away all your  tiredness and puffiness
            of your eyes.

There are 20 amino acids , our body is rely upon them to live and thrive, eight of them are called essential amino acids. Our body can make 11 of them by itself, and other are come from food. The essential amino acids source are our daily food.

            Complete Protein
            some foods contain all nine of the essential amino acids, which are called Complete proteins, and they include:

            Protein rich dry fruits.
            • Meat
            • Fish
            • Poultry
            • Eggs
            • Dairy products
            Some other foods are technically considered complete proteins, but they do not as same as above. They include the following:
            • Amaranth
            • Buckwheat
            • Hemp seed
            • Quinoa
            • Seafood
            • Spelt
            • Spirulina
            Incomplete proteins
            Other foods contain some amino acids, but not total. They're called Incomplete Protein, and they include:
            • Leagumes such as peas, lentils, and beans
            • Nuts and seeds
            • Rice and other grains
            • Vegetables
            Nuts and beans are contain certain amino acids which are essential but others not.

            Rice, other grains, and vegetables contain lesser amounts, so associate them will not provide all the amino acids we need.

The mental patients maximum of the time is far from adequate nutrition, they make poor food choices.
