Source and Benifits of Tea.

'Tea!' yes friend we all are known to this word, because we all celebrate our good morning with tea, we can't thought the morning time without the tea, so I think that I don't have to tell you more about tea. I can tell that Tea drinking is our daily agenda, rather it is our culture. Tea is not only our drink beverage but also it fulfill our cravings. Yes my dear you don't misunderstand me, this cravings is not bad, yes you are getting me; this is not either a bad liqueur or bad drink beverage. It have many health benefits.

The tea was originated from China, now it is well felicitated near about all the countries. Basically tea is cultivated in the hilly region and processed with some special methods. Most probably tea is shown between north Berma and south west China, then tea was used as a medicinal plant in China. Tea appear with some special category, which is only because of processing method, such as white tea, yellow tea, black tea and obviously green tea. we usually drink tea with milk, with lemon, with ginger, with honey etc.

Black tea is very good for your skin.
Black tea: Black tea is made by oxidation process with moist oxygen enrich air. Green tea comes from same plant but it is not oxidized. Black tea is very beneficial to your health, it is enrich with antioxidant polyphenols. Scientist say that antioxidants prevent your cell from DNA damage. Black tea protect your body from Diabetes, kidney stones, and Parkinson like diseases. The catachin is the key substance in the black tea, oral cancer are prevented by this substance. Black tea contain a little amount of caffine less than coffee. This caffine boost mental alertness and concentration by stimulating the blood circulation in the brain but not stimulate the heart too much. Black tea contains tannins which is beneficial for digestion. One amino acid called thianine is available in the black tea which increases the attention duration and relax your mind to work a long period of time. The tea contain vit a, c, e, B2 and potassium, zinc which is very good for your skin also. When you feel you are very much tired, immediately put a moist tea bag on your both eyes and lie down for 15 minutes, It will fade away all your  tiredness and puffiness
of your eyes.
