Healthy Protein
A list of healthy Protein

Protein are molecules made of smaller molecules called amino acids. There are 20 amino acids , our body is rely upon them to live and thrive, eight of them are called essential amino acids. Our body can make 11 of them by itself, and other are come from food. The essential amino acids source are our daily food.

Complete Protein
some foods contain all nine of the essential amino acids, which are called Complete proteins, and they include:

Protein rich dry fruits.
  • Meat
  • Fish
  • Poultry
  • Eggs
  • Dairy products
Some other foods are technically considered complete proteins, but they do not as same as above. They include the following:
  • Amaranth
  • Buckwheat
  • Hemp seed
  • Quinoa
  • Seafood
  • Spelt
  • Spirulina
Incomplete proteins
Other foods contain some amino acids, but not total. They're called Incomplete Protein, and they include:
  • Leagumes such as peas, lentils, and beans
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Rice and other grains
  • Vegetables
Nuts and beans are contain certain amino acids which are essential but others not.

Rice, other grains, and vegetables contain lesser amounts, so associate them will not provide all the amino acids we need.
