Benifits of Green tea.

Hello my dear, today i will tell you some benifits of green tea, after all, green tea is a tea which is not artificially coloured by human it is the not oxidised from of tea from the original tea plant.

Green tea is loaded with antioxidant. The most powerful substance which is available in green tea is antioxidant EGCG. It is studied that EGCG can treat various type of diseases. One of the key active ingredient of green tea is caffine, caffine is the blocker of stimulating hormone adenosine, that is the way caffine stimulate some nurons and concentrate some essential neuro chemical like dopamin, norepinephrine as resulting stable mood, reaction time and memory. This tea is very good for fat burning property in your body. It is also studied that green tea increase the metabolic rate of your body, and flush out toxins from your body. One important thing to remember that green tea also prevent cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and maintain dental health by defending the virious streptococcus mutans, it is also helpfull in type 2 diabetes and cardio vascular diseases. From all these thing i can say that green tea usually stretch your life span many folds, so you should switch to green tea now for healthier and longer life.

Last thing I will say for my female friends that it is very good for your skin also.
1) Make a cup of hot green tea, drink the tea, after that you have to stick out the tea bag and cut it to open and pour the tea in a cup and then mix some honey with it to make a thick paste, after that you have to make a layer on your skin and put it for ten minutes and then wash it off.
2) Make a cup of hot green tea and cool it then splash the cold tea on your face repeatedly after that wash your face with cold water.
